Sales Agent | Experience On Sales Required - San Salvador

Requisitos:
- Advanced English (90% level at minimum).
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
- Experience 1- 2 years as a Sales agent or similar.
- Outstanding customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and closing sales
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Confident and charismatic approach to people
- Strong analytical skills and Problem- Solving Thinking.
- Full time availability
- Flexible schedules.
- Direct phone sales experience preferred

Actividades a realizar:
- Identifying customer needs and requirements.
- Provide product and service information to prospects.
- Managing customer complaints, inquiries, and questions.
- Actively negotiate with customers using sales pitches and closing sales deals.
- Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services

Follow up on customer orders as necessary
- Make outbound phone calls in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Convert a % of calls/leads into successful sales
- Working in collaboration with the team for better results.
- Support the Dispatch team with their tasks to ensure a good work flow
