Mobile Developer Lead - San Salvador

Requisitos:
As our Manager of Mobile Applications Development, you will lead and grow a team responsible for Creating new mobile experiences for our clients, across our entire suite of IT Operations software Products. Responsible for our mobile software development team through design, development, And maintenance of our Android and iOS mobile solutions. Enabling depth and maturity in our Software products; by creating effective, efficient, and easily accessible mobile user services and Experiences. You collaborate across product development teams where mobile impact is key to our Product growth. Work closely with our product managers, front end engineers and platform Developers to identify and prioritize critical mobile features for your mobile development team's Delivery. You drive the development and delivery of mobile applications that extend the
Functionality and value of the platform to our users and clients
Actividades a realizar:
- Plan, assign and manage the activities of internal and external resources involved in the entire application development lifecycle from conceptualization, design, test, release and support.
- Develop, configure and implement system applications and external system interfaces in accordance to user requirements Perform unit testing, system integration testing and project implementation with knowledge of methodologies and procedures for application testing and quality assurance
- Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing.
- Investigate into defects, research for problem resolution and implementation problem rectification
- Assist with application training for users and participate in implementation roll- Out
- Provide operational support and ongoing maintenance and enhancement after
Implementation, including troubleshooting operational issues
- Review and analyze existing software applications or applications in development to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Review requests for changes required to meet existing or new business needs
- Conduct meetings with relevant departments to determine information management
Requirements based on new project priorities and/or changes in business needs
- Provide technical assistance in the development of bid specifications for implementation of new software applications
- Provide regular reports showing functioning of the applications, status of applications development and business needs
- Able to Travel to project locations or client sites worldwide (Subject to Covid- 19 restrictions, local government guide safety guides, and recommendations) if needed
Ofrecemos:
Monthly Salary $5,500 + relocation bonus
