Requirements and skills
- Must have Remote Job experience at least 2 to 3 years
- Must have an experience of at least 2 to 3 years with Call centers/ BPO organization
- Support of Vicidial Severs and PBX System
- AWS Server Console Management
- Proven working experience as an IT Tech or relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Expertise in data center management and data governance
- Hands- On experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Ability to manage personnel
- BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
- Strong knowledge Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, SEO and Development tools
- Technical knowledge

- Bandwidth test
- Hardware/Software information
- Windows app trouble shoot
- Help Desk Ticketing System
- Azure Active Directory

Responsibilities:

- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
