-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related area
-2+ years' of experience working in Human Resources, preferably in the contact center industry
-Advanced English level (90% or more)
-Strong interpersonal and communication skill
-Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Actividades a realizar:
-Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
-Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
-Assist with payroll and benefits administration
-Ensures compliance with Origo's company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
-Lead multi-disciplinary projects or initiatives
-Identify, define, and provide input on the most complex problems that impact the management and direction of the business.
