DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO
Requirements:
Call Center Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounts and report to CEO.
- Make sure metrics and goals are being achieved.
- Work with Managers, Supervisors, and others to achieve the company goals.
- Bonuses offered based on results.
- Maintain employee and client confidence.
- Assisting with employee relations.
- Company- Wide committee facilitation and participation.
- Company- Wide employee communication.
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting; and employee services.
We are looking for a someone who:
1. Is available for 8 hours per day.
2. Has worked in Recruiting and Human Resources.
3. Has a solid command of the English.
4. Internet connection of 1. 5Mb or more (cannot be wireless nor through a data card). You should also test that you do not have a latency of over 100ms. You can test these requirements running a simple test at (link removed)
5. Legitimate Windows Environment: We work with a Windows- Ased web program. We do require for you to have a computer that runs on Windows or has a Windows environment already installed.
6. Computer: You can use a desktop or Laptop with no problems. Net books are not accepted because they lack the memory to run the necessary programs.
7. Headset: This headset can be simple, but IT must connect to your computer via USB. This is to ensure proper phone behavior and call quality.
8. A degree in Psychology or Human Resources is preferred but not required.
