HR Specialist - San Salvador

Requirements:

Grupo Noa International LLC is looking for call center HR Specialist to be responsible for the documentation, notifications and HR Meetings for the different positions in the company.
The ideal candidate must have experience in HR before and must be committed, hard- Working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

 

HR Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a previous HR role.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in business administration is preferred but not necessary
- Fluent English skills (Bilingual is a plus)
- Good interpersonal and decision- Making skills.

 
Responsibilities:
Grupo Noa International LLC is looking for call center HR Specialist to be responsible for the documentation, notifications and HR Meetings for the different positions in the company.

- Documentation of all agents in company server
- Maintaining database of all current contractors in the company respectively with the accounts.
- Create and publish jobs ads in various portals.
- Managing the meetings with agents related to HR.
- Creating and sending contracts.
- Handing out the notifications of performance.
- Creating and sending out the end of contracts.
Payrate: 4 USD per hour
Timing: 11 AM - 3PM Costa Rica Time
4 hours a day, 5 days a week (Total 20 hours per week)
